FAILED TO LOAD ZONE

Hello I am a lvl 18 pirate Silent Samantha ashford (witchdoctor) and I tried to log in today and every time I press play in game at char. select it says FAILED TO LOAD ZONE and I cannot play, I have tried multiple times. I went on my 2 other characters and I CAN play as them, lvl 1 and 2, pls fix i really wanna play.
