Smugglers Arena Glitch

Tonight while playing in my brand new Smuggler's Arena(thanks for the sale KI), the forth person who joined randomly had their Pirate 101 screen freeze and got kicked off the game. A game friend of mine said this had happened to them 4(!) times earlier today, they were wondering if the Smugglers Arena sale has anything to do with this glitch: https://www.pirate101.com/forum/the-tavern/smugglers-arena-sale-8ad6a4245c15845f015c1c1bcfad30d5?page=1? I hope my new Smuggler's Arena isn't going to do this all the time. Please investigate this KI.

It's probably entirely due to their computer.
