Recently I have gained Hold the Line. Being a Privateer I figured this would pair well with Repel Boarders. However, I noticed something odd happen. When an enemy came into range Repel Boarders would activate before Hold the Line. I have also tried this with Ratbeard (since I have given him Repel Boarders) and his Hold the Line activated before Repel Boarders. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if its just because Privateers naturally learn Repel Boarders and learn Hold the Line through other methods while Ratbeard starts with Hold the Line and must learn Repel Boarders. Whether this is a bug or not I feel Hold the Line should always activate before other epics (it makes sense to stop the enemy before striking).
