Error bug?

I logged into Pirate101 this morning from my friend's house and once I open the game, at the start animation of Skull Island, an error comes saying 'invalid name or password' I am very confused

Sounds like this is an issue you may want to contact Support about.

Are there others experiencing this same issue repeatedly?
