What skills use spooky outside of Witchdoctor?

I know healing skills require spooky but what other skills require spooky?

Witchdoctor spells, Privateer artillery spells, Swashbuckler poison, Musketeer traps and maybe more.

Swashbucklers, Privateers and Musketeers are the most benefiting class from spooky after WD. Heals, the Artillery line of powers, the sneak attacks' bleeding uses spell power (half for Back stab and full for Assassin's strike), poisons use 75% of your spell power, Valor's armor (absorb) uses spell power and spell power determines the strength of minion spells and Musketeer bomb spells' basic damage uses spell power.
