Could the underwater wallpaper and crystalline tiles be added to a vendor it is very hard to get them thanks?

In all my time in playing Pirate101, I've only seen the underwater wallpaper and tiles in the bazaar once, I was able to get them.

lucky you i still have not seen them ever and have been farming dueling diego for it so far i have got all the valencian wallpapers and tiles but have not got luck with them
