Looks like i'm having another Promotion problem.
This time it's Bonnie Anne's promotion to Fox Highlander, at the part "Defeat Radical Guards"
The guards aren't showing up, wondering if it's the same bad quest state thing again.

Edit: problem seemed to fix itself after i logged out and played the game later on, i'll make sure to try that first should it happen again.
