Bring me my bow glitch

I can't progess on this quest the game won't let me to talk to ulysees at all, he just says to bring the bow but the quest says to talk to him and the game won't let me. It's been 4 days since i sent a support ticket and i got no help. hopefully this can be fixed soon! my ingame name is Cheerful Jorge Bellamy.
