0 damage dungeon in cool ranch

I am in Cool Ranch in the dungeon that makes you fight Old Man Bronco, Buck Bronco, and Kid Waco and I keep getting hits doing 0 damage.

Can you expand on this bug? What quest are you on? Are your attacks doing 0 damage or are the enemy attacks doing 0 damage? Who are your companions? Is it *all* attacks that do 0 damage or just one specific type?

Please give as many details as possible.
