Minor quest bug: Dead To Rights

During the side quest Dead To Rights (located in Sujimura village, given by Yuji) you fight a Necromancer, and at the end of it- Privateers recruit him to your crew.

Here's the bug: if two privies are doing the quest at the same time- only the first person to speak with him will get to finish the quest and recruit him- because he disappears due to being recruited. The other would need to go through the instance again just to recruit him and finish the quest.

It's not a game breaking bug like the Bucks Blitzers visual bug but something that exists that can be annoying.

I wonder what would happen if a witchdoctor & a privateer did this instance together? Since both these classes recruit from the quest?
Maybe that ought to be looked at, too.

It probably should be looked at- because the necromancer is the one that initially does the talking when giving the helephant to the pirate (for witchdoctors.)
