Why can't Louis le Bisque learn the "spooky" talent for his bombs? I guarantee he would make much better use of Spooky than he would with Dodgy.

I agree. He could definitely benefit from it in Valencia as the damage hardly does anything at that point.

The spooky talent is good for the privateer version of the bombs. The musketeer and privateer versions of the bombs are different, so I am not sure learning the spooky talent will affect his bombs
