Ulysses softlock has NOT been fixed

I just encountered it the other night, and haven't heard back from KI Support yet. I am unable to talk to Ulysses in the quest, "Bring me my bow!", after killing Medusa and talking to Medea. The recent patch notes claim that this bug has been fixed, but it has not.
