"On Golden Frond" story bug

I just ran into a bug in Gaspard DeVolle's first promotion quest, "On Golden Frond".

When you rescue Alonzo, he says (both text and voice) that he'll meet you back in Flotsam. But when you're finally sent back to Alonzo's house, it's actually located in Scrimshaw rather than Flotsam.
