I've noticed in the past week or so that when I use the Quest Finder, it doesn't always show available quests the way it used to. I started a new baby buccaneer, and at Level 1, he could see two quests via the Quest Finder - Rosey Herriot and Old Ned. After leveling him up a couple of quests, I checked the quest finder again, but those two quests did not come up. It said there were no available quests in range until he launched his raft and then the various Blood Shoals quests appeared.

My max level Witchdoctor always used to see the Party Barge quests from the Ambassadors, but today she's getting the no available quests in range message also.

Did something change with the Quest Finder?
