Can't Email Support

I sent an email to the pirate101 support, but I did not receive any email saying my question had been received. I haven't received a response from them since then.

Make sure you're checking your junk and email folders as sometimes email providers will sort our responses there. Also make sure your email is up to date in your account. Remember there are two ways to try and contact support.
